All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your address, courier availability, and external factors like weather or government restrictions.

Note: Custom-built PCs or bulk orders may take additional time for assembly and testing.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Courier or logistical delays
Unforeseen weather or natural events

In such cases, our team will keep you informed through email or phone.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit:

Please report it to us at babu@believeit.co.in within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date).
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
