At BelieveIt, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • The item needs to be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be intact.
  • The return must be started within seven days of delivery.
  • Returns apply to both defective and non-defective items.

2. How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos/videos if possible.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

We accept returns if:

  • The item has manufacturing defects.
  • The item was damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours).
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You are not satisfied with the purchase.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

4. Return Shipping

  • If approved, we will arrange free reverse pickup.
  • If you send it back yourself, we will reimburse your shipping cost after you provide a valid courier receipt.
  • Pack the product securely to prevent transit damage.

5. Refund Process

We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied as soon as your return has been received and examined. If approved:

  • Prepaid Orders – Refund to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders – Refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy

Products are covered by a 1-month replacement warranty. If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar product or a full refund.

7. Exchange Policy

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order.
